The film stars Frank Sinatra as John Baron, a gunman hired to assasinate the President of the United States while he is passing through a small town on his way to a fishing trip. The gunmen break into a quiet home overlooking the town to await the motorcade, holding a number of people prisoners.
It has been rumored that Sinatra tried to have all the prints of this film destroyed. The movie was taken out of circulation following the Kennedy assasination.
